The story of GLS Corporation began in 2018, when Ilhyun Kim — a Korean entrepreneur responding to the growing needs of the market — established a temporary employment agency in Żory. Together with Barbara Płoneczka, a key figure in the company and leader of the team, they launched the business under the original name Global Labour Service. From the very beginning, the company focused on supporting Korean automotive manufacturers producing parts for Kia and Hyundai vehicles. At that time, the temporary workforce mainly came from Ukraine and Georgia. The agency quickly expanded, growing year after year alongside an increasing number of satisfied employees and business partners. Soon, workers from Nepal, the Philippines, and Bangladesh also joined our international community.
